Types of Alarm Systems
When it comes to alarm systems for your business, there are a variety of options to implement for your facilities. Security in DFW is experienced and qualified to implement, configure and maintain any solution. However, with the plethora of available options, it can be hard to know what’s best for your facilities.
Electric Current Alarm System:
Electric current systems are the most basic alarm solutions. These only monitor entry points such as doors and windows. Technically, these systems use a low-voltage electrical circuit flow between the entry point and the stationary building structure. When the entry point is opened, the circuit is disrupted and this connection is lost, releasing a trigger in the form of an alarm.
Wired Alarm System:
A wired security system depends on your landline connection to communicate with your facility’s monitoring system. It supports the same basic security capabilities of an electric current alarm system, however, there is a risk of dysfunctionality if the wires are damaged either intentionally through cutting or weather and natural erosion.
These two categories of alarm systems have several subcategories and varieties of options that can accommodate any business industry or facility type. Security in DFW can accommodate any alarm solution and be there for you from planning & designing the blueprint for your alarms to installation & configuration.
